What a whirlwind of a year. It would take a fair few blog entries to recount all that has happened. I shall try to summarise in a short paragraph:
I started at the new school, which wasn't the easiest of places to work at, due to the very challenging nature of many of the children. However, we all realised that it would take time to settle, as it was a brand new place.
I met another teacher there called Kirsty. We realised that we'd been waiting to meet each other for a long time. As I write this, I'm sitting in our marital home, as we got married in July.
I stopped teaching in Easter as we had bought a house in Yorkshire and I moved up to settle in to our new place. I'm now working part time as a gardener (and working on our allotment) but have plans to move back into teaching also part time.
I'm in a wonderful place with a fantastic person who shares and understands my interests and dreams and inspires me with her own. I hope to soon tell you more about it.
